Ighalo’s goal celebration, like Ronaldo’s siuu, wins over the hearts of his teammates and the fans

Ronaldo’s signature goal celebration is a mid-air spin followed by the Spanish word “siu,’ which means “yes!”

The Portuguese striker, Cristiano Ronaldo, is well-known for his goal celebration, which many soccer and sports fans across the globe have imitated.

It is customary for the crowd to yell loudly in delight when the five-time Ballon d’Or winner scores a goal and runs towards them.

Similar to this celebration, which is well-known among football fans, Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo now has a celebration of his own that is gaining popularity in the Asian league.

The striker would go towards the fans after scoring a goal and give God a thank-you gesture with his hands prior to the Eagle celebration.

Watch the celebration here:

Saudi Pro League supporters have replicated this celebration in some other situations, most recently when the Nigerian man stormed a restaurant and two supporters snapped a photo of him with an Eagle sign.

Another scenario can be spotted on his club’s social media page of him and his fellow teammates making the Eagle gesture while taking a photo.

In addition to this, it should be understood that a player who fails to excite the crowd will never win any fans.

With a significant amount of goals for the Blue Waves team, the former Manchester United star has been putting in an excellent effort.

The Nigerian scored three goals against Al-Duhail in a recent AFC Champions League match, leading his team to a 7-nil win and moving him into second position in the top scorer standings with seven goals overall.

The Nigerian, who has scored eight goals in as many games in the Saudi Premier League, would be looking to score more goals to make his Eagle celebration even more exciting.
