Watch: Super Falcons forward names Oshoala in fierce looking five-a-side

Rasheedat Ajibade teamed Asisat Oshoala with Brazilian female football legend Marta Da Silva in a five-a-side squad selection.

Super Falcons forward, Rasheedat Ajibade, has selected her five-a-side squad, which includes two other Super Falcons teammates.

Asisat Oshoala, a 23-year-old striker for the Super Falcons, and Chiamaka Nnadozie, a goalkeeper for the Super Falcons and Paris FC, are members of her five-a-side squad.

Ajibade joined Club Atlético de Madrid Femenino from Norwegian club Alvadnes in January 2021 and has since been a standout performer for Juan Fernández’s women.

In 13 domestic league games, the Nigerian attacker has scored four goals and provided one assist.

To demonstrate her importance to the Super Eagles, the striker shared top scoring honours with Hilda Magaia of South Africa and Ghizlane Chebbak of Morocco in the 12th edition of the WAFCON competition in Morocco.

In a video, the attacker chose her top five players, including Nigerian goalie Nnadozie and Olympique Lyonnais Féminin centre back partnering with her.

Ajibade started Oshoala’s teammate, Spanish midfielder Alexia Putellas, in the midfield, noting that the 2022 Ballon d’Or winner knows the game in addition to being a strong passer.

Ajibade teamed Super Falcons star Oshoala up front with Marta Da Silva, generally regarded as the best female soccer player of all time.

“That’s my five-a-side, I feel if I manage it, we are going to win,” she remarked after making her selections in the video.

Oshoala scored twice in her team’s 6-0 win against Rosengard in the UEFA Women’s Champions League at the Johan Cruyff Stadium.
