Qatar 2022: Obi Cubana hints fans on Davido’s performance at the 2022 World Cup closing ceremony

The Nigerian music sensation has not been at any major concert since the death of his son in November, but he is set to make a return in a big way

Nigerian music sensation Davido is set to perform at the closing ceremony of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Davido is part of the trio of Trinidad Cardona and Aisha that made the official World Cup song Hayya Hayya. Unfortunately, he has been away from the public eye since the death of his son, Ifeanyi in October.

However, he made a public appearance at the swearing-in of his uncle Ademola Adeleke as governor of Osun state.

And if the recent Instagram post by celebrity barman Obi Cubana is anything to go by, Davido would be performing at the closing ceremony of the World Cup.

He would be performing the World Cup song ‘Hayya Hayya’ alongside Aisha and Trinidad Tobago at the Lusail Stadium in Doha
