Jose Luis Morales, who was brought in at halftime showed grace, scoring a hattrick within 12 minutes to ensure Villarreal claim a 5-0 victory.
Elsewhere, Yusuf Otubanjo was the hero for Pyunik Yerevan in their 2-0 win over Zalgiris.
Juninho put the home team in front just before the break, then Otubanjo stepped up in the 60th minute to make sure Pyunik Yerevan claimed a 2-0 win that takes them to second in Group H.
