As the gaming world awaits the release of FIFA 23 on September 30th, Nigerian music stars and a song will feature in the game
Pheelz ‘s career as a recording and performing musician has grown in leaps and bounds in the last one year with his latest involvement in FIFA 23, a new height for him.
The “Electricity” and “Finesse” crooner was featured alongside high-flying musician BNXN(fka Buju) on the soundtrack.
The two Nigerian artistes on a song owned by Pheelz featuring Buju are some of the Nigerian artistes on the soundtrack from a pool of musicians from 34 countries.
Others are Bad Boy Timz, Olamide and Seun Kuti.
They are also a part of 109 songs selected on the game’s soundtrack.
The highest-rated Nigerian player on FIFA 23 is Wilfred Ndidi at a rating of 84. Other players like Alex Iwobi, Moses Simon and others have a rating of 70 to 79.
FIFA 23 will be the world football governing body’s last partnership with EA Sports after a collaboration of more than three decades.
Pheelz’s first hit single featuring Buju, ‘Finesse is one of 109 Nigerian songs on the game.
Pheelz will also feature throughout the course of the game with custom FIFA Ultimate Team kits. He is expected to turn his hand to ultimate kits and more involvements may be announced across the year.
Bad Boy Timz and Olamide’s Skelele and Seun Kuti and Black Thought’s Kuku Kee Me is featured on the Volta Sountrack of the game.
