Super Eagles star completes Business Management course in top UK university

Super Eagles midfielder enrolled in a course that would ease his entry into a degree programme at a top British university

Wilfred Ndidi has been about football since his teenage years, representing the Nigerian U-17 and U-20 national teams before he joined the Super Eagles.

While he played at two U-20 World Cups and has also featured at the senior World Cup, the Leicester midfielder still has his eyes set on formal education.

This led him to a top university in Leicester for a ten-course programme on Business Management. Now through with the programme, Ndidi said it will help him begin a degree proper in the future.

Currently a lynchpin at Leicester and one of its most prized assets, the Nigerian who grew up in the barracks in Lagos is not oblivious of financial responsibility and the management of his enormous resources.

“Yes (I enjoyed it). I’m done. I did like a 10-class course which can enroll me into a proper university degree.

“It’s just to enlighten me about business and entrepreneurship and tourism also,” Ndidi told Football Daily.

Ndidi is believed to be one of the highest-earning Nigerian players in Europe and one who has a knack for organisation.
