Super Eagles star is yet to resume despite the preseason training opening already
Victor Moses is yet to resume at Russian Premier League side, Spartak Moscow as they begin preseason.
The former Chelsea winger helped the Russian club achieve a cup success last season but has waited to resume.
Dutch international, Quincy Promes was welcomed back by the club as he resumed behind schedule but Spartak Moscow revealed in a statement on their official website that Moses is yet to team up with the rest of the squad.
“Spartak midfielder Quincy Promes, who returned to Moscow a little later than the rest of the players after the holidays, joined the team at the training camp in Tarasovka. The Dutchman is already training under Guillermo Abascal.
“At the same time, midfielder Victor Moses did not arrive at the team’s location. The club is finding out the circumstances of this decision. The contract with the Nigerian player is not suspended,” the club said in an official statement.
