Extra: Super Eagles star plays street football

Super Eagles star is on holiday in Nigeria and is having a good time playing street fooball

Nigerian star, Akinkunmi Amoo is in Nigeria after a mixed season at his Danish club, FC Copenhagen.

Amoo won the league title with the Danish club just after joining the club in January from Swedish club, Hammarby.

He had some kick-abouts in the country, to the cheer of his fans watching.

The former Sidos FC player is considered Nigeria’s best youngster and has already earned a Super Eagles invitation.

Amoo left Nigeria for Sweden in 2020 and instantly impressed at the club, before becoming the most expensive player ever sold in the club’s history.

The young attacking midfielder is expected to be more involved next season with the Danish giants after injuries stopped his progress last year.

He’s currently rated Nigeria’s most expensive youngster in Europe but still connects deeply with his roots in Nigeria and where it all started for him on the streets.
