Ghana arrive Abuja ahead of decisive Super Eagles clash

Players and officials of the Black Stars of Ghana touched down in Abuja on Monday ahead of their World Cup Qualifier fixture against Nigeria.

The Otto Addo-led team arrived the Nigerian capital and will train at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium at 5 p.m to have a feel of the turf ahead of their second leg game against the Super Eagles.

The Ghanaian contingent arrived Nigeria on Monday afternoon.

Both nations played out a goalless draw at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi in front of a massive 40,000 plus attendance.

The visitors will face more than 60,000 Nigerian supporters at the national stadium after CAF granted the NFF’s request to have the stadium at full capacity.

Nigeria need an outright win to qualify for the World Cup while a score draw will help Ghana book a ticket to Qatar.

Nigeria against Ghana has been the most talked-about fixture at the final round of the World Cup Qualifiers with a lot still to play for after a pulsating, feisty and closely contested 90 minutes in Kumasi.
