Dennis, Aribo, others swell Super Eagles camp to 17

Watford attacker, Emmanuel Dennis has arrived Super Eagles camp ahead of the matches against Ghana.

Dennis came alongside Rangers’ pair Joe Aribo and Calvin Bassey while Lorient’s Innocent Bonke has also arrived.

The total number of players in camp currently stands at 17 after the arrival of 13 players as at Monday night.

The thirteen players who had arrived before were; William Troost-Ekong, Leon Balogun, Kelechi Iheanacho, Moses Simon, Ahmed Musa, Daniel Akpeyi, Semi Ajayi, Ola Aina, Odion Ighalo and Oghenekaro Etebo.

Others who arrived on Monday were Shehu Abdullahi, Francis Uzoho and Frank Onyeka.

The Super Eagles still expect eight players in camp with Victor Osimhen, Umar Sadiq, Samuel Chukwueze, Akinkunmi Amoo and Maduka Okoye.

Kenneth Omeruo and Ademola Lookman face fitness concerns and their situations are yet to be communicated by the Nigeria Football Federation.

Nigeria will face Ghana in the first leg at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi on the 25th of March before hosting the Black Stars four days later in Abuja.
