Kelechi Iheanacho could join the exclusive list of Premier League players to have scored goals on all days of the week if he scores against Chelsea on Tuesday.
Iheanacho has scored a Premier League goal on all days of the week aside from Tuesday. However, he could tick all days if he scores when Leicester take on Chelsea tonight.
The Foxes take on the Blues three days after they beat them in the FA Cup final. It’s a match that holds huge importance for both sides as they are in a top-four battle.
Brendan Rodgers men are third on the table with 66 points, two ahead of Chelsea with only two games to go, including tonight’s clash.
The Foxes can secure Champions League football if they secure a similar result to Saturday’s clash. A draw will also put them in a good position going into the final game of the season.
However, a loss could be costly as it gives Liverpool a chance to move ahead of them. The Reds are only just three points behind Leicester but can move into the top four if they beat Burnley tomorrow.
Leicester beat Chelsea in the reverse fixture of this clash courtesy of goals from Wilfred Ndidi and James Maddison.
