The Super Eagles star continued his incredible run of form with another man of the match performance against the Red Devils.
Kelechi Iheanacho brilliant goalscoring streak continued on Sunday after he scored twice in Leicester City’s 3-1 win over Manchester United in their FA Cup quarter-final clash at the King Power Stadium.
Iheanacho has been brilliant in front of goal in recent games for the Foxes, and he continued in the same vein on Sunday.
He capitalised on a poor back pass from Fred to score his first before heading in at the back post in the second half for his second of the night.
The Nigerian international has now scored seven times in his last four games, including a hat-trick against Sheffield United last weekend.
His brace against United also means he has scored more goals (21) than any other player aside from Sergio Aguero in England’s domestic cup competitions ( FA Cup and Carabao Cup) since he made his debut in 2015.
The former Manchester City man now has three goals in this season’s FA Cup, while he has 13 strikes in all competitions for the Foxes this season.
