Super Eagles star Alex Iwobi has announced the launch of a new project named Project 17. According to the Everton star, he launched the project to share what he has learned from football to his fans and followers.
It also aims to provide Iwobi’s goofy side and the 24-year-old will be sharing some of behind the scenes of his off-pitch moments.
Iwobi took to his Twitter account on Monday to reveal the new project. The Nigerian international says football is about hard work, discipline and self-belief.
The Super Eagles star revealed he subjected himself to a lot of learning and overcame many hurdles to be a professional football.
Iwobi says football has given him so much and he has no choice but to share. The former Arsenal star also posted the project’s first video on his Youtube page.
Iwobi started his career at Arsenal, where he played a total of 149 games for the first team before signing for Everton last season.
He has two goals and three assists in all competitions for the Toffees this campaign.
