Super Eagles star was on from start to finish as Udinese came from behind to secure a dramatic win over champions Juventus.
Following Inter Milan’s failure to win against Fiorentina, Juventus went into the clash against Le Zebrette, knowing they only need to win to secure a consecutive ninth Serie A title.
They got off to a good start as Mathijs De Ligt put them ahead with a fine finish three minutes from half-time. His strike ensured Maurizio Sarri’s men went into the break with the lead.
However, Udinese got back on level terms seven minutes into the second half through an Ilija Nestorovski beautiful strike.
Although Juventus poured forward to search for the winner, however Ekong alongside his teammates withstood everything the Old Lady threw at them.
With the tie heading towards a draw, Seko Fofana ran through Juventus goal, beating De Ligt in the process to fire past Scezeny in Juventus goal, and secure an unlikely win for the home side.
