New Manchester United signing Odion Ighalo was seen with Victor Osimhen before the Red Devils Europa League clash against Club Brugge.
The two were part of the Nigeria squad that finished in the third position at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
However, the two have not been able to see each other since the tournament finished after Ighalo announced his international retirement.
But Osimhen who plies his trade in France took a trip to Belgium to see Ighalo in action for Man Utd. The 21-year-old was given a Man Utd jersey by his former Super Eagle teammate.
In a video uploaded on their insta stories, Ighalo was seen praising Osimhen as the new goal poacher while Osimhen couldn’t contain his excitement with the jersey he received.
Ighalo was given the nod to lead the line in Egypt with Osimhen’s only appearance coming in the third-place win over Tunisia.
However, since his retirement, Osimhen has shown he’s more than a worthy replacement for the former Watford striker.
