Wizkid Or Davido, Paris Or Aba? Super Eagles Star Samuel Kalu Reveals His Picks

It is a rivalry that’s as big as Ronaldo vs Messi, Lebron vs MJ, Federer vs Nadal, Mourinho vs Guardiola and Pac vs Biggie.

Davido and Wizkid are arguably two of Nigeria’s biggest pop stars right now. The duo have dominated the music scene this decade, producing hits after hits, and also winning the big awards.

Just like Ronaldo and Messi, they have shown they are a class above their peers in Nigeria’s music industry. The same way there’s a big argument on who is better between the two football icons, something similar can be found between Wizkid and Davido.

Fans of both artists are always trying to prove their favourite musician is better than the other. It got more interesting when Super Eagles star, Samuel Kalu was asked to choose between the two pop stars.

In quickfire questions on Super Eagles youtube page, the Bordeaux winger answered a couple of questions including Davido or Wizkid.

When asked to choose between the two music stars, the 22-year-old said Wizkid which would definitely delight Star Boy’s fans.

However, in the subsequent question, the winger showed he listens to Davdio’s music also. When asked what are the top five music on his playlist, he named Tu Baba’s African Queen and Only Me, Wizkid’s Soco, Pantoranking feat Davido’s Confam and Unleash by Runtown.

In other series of questions, Kalu revealed he would prefer to win the World Cup ahead of the UEFA Champions League.

The former Gent star also said he prefers Aba to Paris and Ofe Nsala to Chinese food. Kalu’s Bordeaux currently sit in the seventh position on the French Ligue 1 table with 26 points.
