After the games, Wilfred Ndidi took to his official Twitter account to praise his teammates for a job well done against a direct top four rival.

A former Nigeria international and Olympic gold medal winner had earlier reacted to Wilfred Ndidi’s display against the Arsenal.

Ndidi is expected to report back to the Super Eagles camp as Gernot Rohr’s men prepare to engage Benin and Lesotho in an AFCON 2019 qualifying double header.
