“Become A Legend, Top Quality Player” – Leicester City’s Wilfred Ndidi Tasked To Become A Premier League Great

Following the Foxes fine 2-0 victory at Brighton on Saturday, the Super Eagles midfielder has revealed how he felt about experiencing an historic moment in the world’s biggest football league, with fans charging him to become more.

Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi made his 100th league appearance for Brendan Rodgers team on Saturday and has expressed his delight at witnessing such a landmark moment.

The former Genk midfield enforcer has been one of Leicester City’s key men, with his contribution once again seeing the Foxes keep yet another clean sheet – their fourth in as many matches – and claim the three points that keep them above champions Manchester City on the EPL table.

Tweeting after the game, Ndidi revealed his delight at bagging a century of caps for the 2016 Premier League champions.

“Happy to get a win and clean sheet on my 100th premier league appearance,” he wrote.
