Reports: Super Eagles star makes under-the-radar move to India

Indian club Gokulam Kerala FC is reportedly the new home of Super Eagles star and AFCON 2019 bronze medalist, John Ogu.

Nigeria international and versatile midfielder John Ogu has completed plans to join Indian side Gokulam Kerala on a three year deal with only medicals delaying the announcement of the agreement.

Ogu had been a free agent since quitting Israeli club Hapoel Be’er Sheba where he spent five seasons, winning the Premier League three times and 2 Israeli Super Cup. He took time out earlier in the summer to assure his fans of his plans to seek for better opportunities before the end of the transfer period.

Gokulam FC compete in the India-League, which is one among the two co-existing top tier football leagues in India along with the India Super League.
