Information reaching Soccernet.ng has it that the residence of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Vice President, Shehu Dikko has been sealed by the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
The ICPC was said to have sealed Dikko’s residence at No. 1 River Benue in Maitama, following order of forfeiture of the property by a Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday.
According to a reliable source in the commission who do not want her name mentioned, Dikko’s residence was sealed on Friday morning over an allegation of corrupt practice in the football association.
She said, “Yes. It’s a fresh investigation involving him (Dikko) and some others.”
Recall that Dikko, the NFF President, Amaju Pinnick, and Seyi Akinwunmi are still under investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Special Presidential Investigation Panel on Recovery of Public Property.
