FIFA 20: Five African Players In Top 100 But No Super Eagles Player

The top 100 players in FIFA 20 have been officially revealed by makers of the game EA Sports and there was no Nigerian player on the list, but five Africans made the list.

FIFA 20 is a football simulation game manufactured by EA Sports and this is the 27th instalment of the series. It is released yearly after the end of the summer transfer window.

Every year the top 100 players in the game are revealed and this year is no different. Barcelona star, Lionel Messi topped the list of the highest-rated player this year with a rating of 94.

He is followed by his arch-rival, Cristiano Ronaldo who has a rating of 93 on the game-although there are reports Ronaldo’s 93 rating may be due to Juventus decision to sign a deal with EA Sports rival PES.

Brazilian star, Neymar is in third place with a rating of 92, while Eden Hazard is in fourth place with a rating of 91.  Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak completed the top five with a rating of 91.

Meanwhile, Mohamed Salah leads the five Africans that made the top 100 list. The Liverpool striker who is also in the top 10 leads the way with a rating of 90, followed by Napoli and Senegal centre-back, Kalidou Koulibaly who has a rating of 89.

Another Senegalese star, Sadio Mane is in the third position with a rating of 88, while Arsenal striker, Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Ajax winger, Hakim Ziyech rounded up the top five with ratings of 88 and 85 respectively.
