Nigeria international and FC Torino wing-back Ola Aina has expressed his happiness at finally representing the country of his beloved parents.
The former Chelsea full-back, who previously represented England at various youth competitions, was an integral part of the Super Eagles squad that claimed a bronze medal at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
“Our first objective was to win the trophy in Egypt but unfortunately, we couldn’t achieve that. In the end, we won bronze which wasn’t bad as well, ” Aina reportedly said.
