Reports: Manchester United Agree Deal With Inter Milan Over Sanchez Transfer

Alexis Sanchez is set to link up with Romelu Lukaku in Inter Milan after the Serie A club agree a loan deal with Manchester United.

Sanchez has endured a torrid time at Old Trafford since he joined from Arsenal in January 2017. The Chilean international has made 32 Premier League appearances for the Red Devils scoring just three goals.

His time at the club has been blighted by injuries and loss of form. According to reports, Inter Milan is set to give him a fresh start and they have agreed a loan deal with Manchester United.

The former Udinese man is now set to undergo a medical ahead of the move. If he passes his medical, he will link up with Romelu Lukaku who also left United for the Nerrazuri this summer.

The 26-year-old joined Antonio Conte’s side this summer for 75m pounds. He scored on his Serie A debut in the team’s 4-0 win over Lecce on Monday night.

Meanwhile, with Sanchez and Lukaku leaving Man Utd this summer, Solskjaer will only have Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood as his striking options for the season.

And with Martial set for a spell on the sidelines, the Norwegian will go into the Premier League game against Southampton on Saturday with just Rashford and Greenwood as his striking options.
