Nigeria’s Super Eagles will discover their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations group-stage teams on Friday at the CAF headquarter in Cairo.
The Three-time Africa champions qualified as group leader on 13 points ahead of South Africa, Seychelles and Libya in Group E of the qualifying series.
Nigeria failed to qualify in the last two editions of the bi-annual tournaments in Equatorial Guinea (2015) and Gabon (2017) respectively.
The team has been placed in Pot 1 alongside Egypt (hosts) – Cameroon –Senegal – Tunisia – Morocco.
It is possible for Nigeria to face any of the teams in Pot 2 that include DR Congo – Ghana – Mali – Ivory Coast – Guinea – Algeria.
There is also a possibility of a reunion between the Super Eagles and Taifa Stars of Tanzania that is been coached by Emmanuel Amuneke.

Pot 2: DR Congo – Ghana – Mali – Ivory Coast – Guinea – Algeria
Pot 3: South Africa – Uganda – Benin – Mauritania – Madagascar – Kenya
Pot 4: Zimbabwe – Namibia – Guinea Bissau – Angola – Tanzania – Burundi
