Nigeria rise in the latest FIFA rankings

Nigeria’s senior female football team, the Super Falcons have moved one place up the latest FIFA rankings, moving from the 39th to 38th position.

The team featured in the Cyprus Women’s Cup early in March where they finished seventh after winning two games out of four.

The Falcons are still the top team in Africa with Cameroon, South Africa and Ghana coming behind in that order.
