I’m not leaving China yet – Ighalo

Nigerian striker, Odion Ighalo has said he has no plans of leaving his Chinese club, Changchun Yatai anytime soon.

Ighalo, in an interview with Brila, said any report claiming he’ll be leaving China this season is false as he plans to honour his contract with the club..

“There will always be rumours, but they remain rumours, I have two years left with Yatai and I think it is logical to respect that,” Ighalo said.

The Super Eagles star has been linked to a return back to Europe following
Changchun Yatai’s relegation to the lower league.

Ighalo has scored 36 goals in 55 appearances since his move from Watford in January 2017.
