Ex-international, Samson Siasia has said that the Super Eagles must have to be at their best to overcome Libya in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in Uyo.
The three-time Africa champions are third on the table with three points while Libya sits top on four points after two round of matches.
Nigeria will be seeking for a win in a bid to leapfrog Libya on October 13 at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium before facing them in the reverse fixture three days later.
However, Siasia told a Lagos based radio station that was monitored by Soccernet.ng that the team must not underestimate the Libyans if they are to pick the maximum point.
“The two games will be very difficult and keenly contested because the Libyans have ambition following their impressive performance in the first two group games.”
“The Super Eagles mustn’t underrate them. If they are complacent, that will be suicidal to the team’s quest to qualify for the AFCON,” Siasia said.
