Super Eagles assistant coach, Salisu Yusuf has been omitted from the Seychelles trip after been investigated for an alleged bribery scandal.
Salisu was accused to have received a bribe from two journalists that pretended to be football agents prior to preparation for the CHAN Championship.
Although Rohr, who denied that his assistant took a bribe from undercover reporters who posed as player agents, said it was on the orders of FIFA.
Nigeria will face Seychelles on September 7 in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Victoria.
