A lot of mouth-opening transfers have been completed this summer and more are being reported. Every club in Europe is looking to strengthen their squad as they vie for honour in the 2018/2019 football season. The latest now is that FC Barcelona are very close to signing Bayern Munich 31-year old midfielder Arturo Vidal.
According to reports from Spain via Barcelona based papers, SPORT and Mundo Deportivo Barcelona are on the verge of securing the player's service and have already reached an agreement with Bayern Munich for a fee believed to be less than 20 million euros and the deal will be announced very soon.
The reports claim that Vidal will sign a contract that will keep him at the club for three seasons and that with his arrival, Barcelona might have ended their interests in bringing PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot to the club. However, nothing is certain yet as we await the official announcement.
