Super Eagles star Wilfred Ndidi has insisted that he has not thought about leaving the Leicester City in this summer’s transfer window.
The 21-year-old has established himself as one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League since his £15million move to the King Power Stadium from Belgium outfit Genk in January 2017 and won more tackles than anyone in the division last season.
A number of clubs in England are believed to be interested in signing Ndidi although Leicester are said to be preparing to offer the midfielder a new contract.
“A transfer has never been on my mind. I feel very good at Leicester,” he said, according to Leicestershire Live.
Ndidi made 38 appearances for the Foxes last season and he featured in all Nigeria Group D matches in 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
