Ogu delighted to make Super Eagles final squad

Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu says he’s delighted to have been selected in Nigeria’s final 23-man squad for the team 2018 World Cup.

Ogu, who came on as a substitute in team’s 2-1 loss to England on Saturday in an international friendly match, was part of the team’s qualification campaign for the World Cup.

The Hapoel Be’er Sheva star posted on his twitter handle that he’s delighted to be part of the final squad and ready to play his best in Russia.

“Grateful to God to be in the 23 man list to represent my country in d World Cup. I want to use this medium to thank the @thenff and the Managers for their trust in me. And to all my brothers wishing me well out there. God bless you all. I promise you I will Fight for this Badge,” Ogu wrote on his Twitter handle.
