2018 World Cup: Super Eagles arrive Russia

Nigeria’s Super Eagles touched down in Russia around 11pm on Monday night as they begin their quest to surpass the round of 16 at the World Cup.

The team who departed Austria yesterday where they played their last friendly game against Czech last week, will play Argentina, Croatia and Iceland in Group D at the Mundial.

The Super Eagles are expected to have their first training on Tuesday afternoon ahead of their opening fixture against Croatia on Saturday, June 16.

The Nigeria National Team will stay at their base camp in Essentuki during the group stage of the competition.
