Liverpool have upped their asking price for Philippe Coutinho.
Onda Cero in Spain reports Liverpool will demand an “astronomical” fee for Coutinho – £160m.
The Anfield club rejected three bids in the summer with the last amounting to £114m.
Barca are this week offering £98m plus £35m in add-ons to sign the Reds playmaker – which falls well short of their valuation.
The midfielder has scored 12 goals in all competitions this season, though he missed yesterday’s win at Burnley due to injury.
