Ousmane Dembele is yet to hit full fitness at Barcelona after making his first appearance for the Camp Nou outfit in a 1-1 draw against Celta de Vigo in the Copa Del Rey quarterfinals on Thursday at the Balaidos Stadium.
Dembele came in with 18 minutes to go when he replaced the goalscorer Jose Arnaiz, and after the game, Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde was not convinced about Dembele fitness and when asked about the France international he said “Dembele? I wanted him to play without too many defensive obligations because the game was tense.
Celta Vigo will travel to face Barcelona to face the Champions in the return leg at the Camp Nou.
