The teenage midfielder is already drawing comparisons with Real winger Marcos Asensio.
Don Balon says Torres is wanted by both LaLiga giants with assurances arriving of a clear path to the first team.
At Real Madrid, Torres is seen as a successor for Gareth Bale, while Barca have assured the youngster’s camp of their commitment to youth.
For his part, Torres is in no rush to leave Valencia, but is struggling to keep the increasing pressure from Real and Barca at arms length.
