Super Eagles star, Victor Moses was in full time action as Chelsea moved level on points with Manchester United in the Premier League table after completing a convincing 3-1 win at Huddersfield on Tuesday night.
First-half goals from Tiemoue Bakayoko and Pedro put Antonio Conte’s men in control and Pedro’s strike just after the break ended the game as a contest. Laurent Depoitre headed a consolation for the home side in stoppage-time as they remain 12th in the table.
Missing Alvaro Morata through injury, Conte recalled Willian and Pedro to support Eden Hazard in attack and they were simply too much for Huddersfield.
The home side contributed to their own downfall with some costly slip-ups on a night when they could, and should, have made life far more uncomfortable for their opponents.
In the other Premier League games of the night, Burnley defeated Steke City 1-0 at home, while Crystal Palace moved out of relegation zone by defeating Watford FC 2-1 at Selhurst Park.
