Super Eagles Edge 10-Man Benin Republic 1-0, Zoom Into WAFU Cup Final

Super Eagles have qualified for the final of WAFU Cup after beating Benin 1-0 in the Thursday’s semi final.

The only of the encounter was scored by Kano Pillars’ Rabiu Ali in the 11th minutes to unsettled Benin players.

In the 33rd minute of the game, Benin was reduced to 10 men after Kuokpo was issued a red card for a second bookable offence.

The team is expected to face the winner between host nation, Ghana or Senegal in the final slated for Saturday.
