Borussia Dortmund striker Ousmane Dembele has encouraged interest from the Premier League.
The Daily Star says Barcelona are interested in Dembele – but the Frenchman has turned down the Catalan giants.
Barca are said to have made an initial£40 million bid for Dortmund youngster and were prepared to go ashigh as £75m to land him.
And Dembele’s decision to snub Barca will spark interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
The Premier League duo are both desperate to improve their squads this summer as they prepare to returnto the Champions League next season.
Dembele was in Manchester last week.
