Man City Ready To Swap Iheanacho For Bertrand

By Augustine Akhilomen

Super Eagles forward, Kelechi Iheanacho could be allowed to join Southampton this summer if the club include Ryan Bertrand to the deal.

Iheanacho has been on the spotlight in the transfer market this summer, with various clubs such as West Ham, Leicester City and Everton queuing for his signature.

City manager, Pep Guardiola who is still searching for a left fullback could just be his desire player but Southampton are yet to meet with their valuation.

A City source told The Sun : “Southampton are now part of a long list of clubs that want Kelechi this summer.

“If the right offer comes in, he will go, and Ryan Bertrand is an option that has been talked about in the past.

“We know Saints are fans of Nacho after his performances against them in the past, he has an amazing record.”
