Athletic Bilbao have announced coach Ernesto Valverde is leaving.
Valverde’s contract expires next month.
Athletic Bilbao revealed that Valverde will not be in charge of the team next season, with his contract expiring in the summer.
Athletic also announced he would speak at 12pm on Wednesday in a press conference, alongside president Josu Urrutia.
Valverde is expected to be named Barcelona coach on Monday.
