Everton midfielder Gerard Deulofeu will soon learn if Barcelona are re-signing him.
Barca have a buy-back option in Deulofeu’s original deal and sports director Robert Fernandez has openly discussed re-signing the winger after his successful loan with AC Milan.
However,Sport says the final decision will be left to the new coach, who will be confirmed on Monday.
Departing Athletic Bilbao boss Ernesto Valverde is expected to succeed Luis Enrique at Barca – and itwill be left to him to decide if Deulofeu should return.
The player’s camp expects news over the coming week.
