Ujah, Ighalo Fire Blanks In Chinese Super League

Super Eagles duo of  Odion Ighalo and Anthony Ujah fired blanks for their clubs,  Changchun Yatai FC and Liaoning Hongyun in match-day two of the Chinese Super League against  Guangzhou R&F FC and Henan Jianye respectively on Sunday.

Ighalo was in full time action for Changchun Yetai in their 1-0 away loss to Guangzhou, while Ujah was also in action for the entire duration, but could not save Liaoning Hongyun as they played out a 1-1 draw with Henan Jianye.

After Sunday’s round of matches, Changchun Yetai currently placed at the bottom of the log as they are yet to have a single point in the two matches played so far in the Chinese league, while Ujah’s Liaoning Hongyun occupy sixth position with two points with same number of matches.
