Omeuro celebrates rare away win

Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo, has expressed delight after his Turkish club Alanyaspor secured a rare 3-1 away victory against Bursaspor earlier today.

The 23-year-old was featured for 90minutes as the Mutlu Topçu’s side moved themselves further away from the relegation zone.

Efecan Karaca scored the first goal for Alanyaspor but Azerbaijan international, Deniz Yılmaz equalized via the penalty spot on the stroke of half-time.

However, the away side blew their hosts away in the second half with two more goals courtesy a brace from Brazilian Vágner Love.

“Great three point away from home #Bursaspor 1-3 #Alanyaspor,” Omeruo posted on his official instagram page.

Omeuro will depart for the Super Eagles camp where preparations are ongoing for the upcoming friendlies against Burkina Faso and Senegal.
