All things been equal, Super Eagles forward, Alex Iwobi could be on the starting line up as Arsenal confront Liverpool in Saturday’s Premier League clash at Anfield.
Iwobi who has become an integral part of manager, Arsene Wenger team this season, has earned lots of playing time (21 appearances in the EPL) and could be relied upon to control the pace of the midfield against Liverpool.
The wheels have fallen off manager Jurgen Klopp’s title challenge, and Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger has also been roundly criticized as his side have stumbled.
Both teams are going head-to-head in the race for a Champions League spot so it’s crucial neither team succumb to defeat at Anfield.
The last game at Anfield, however, ended in a 3-3 draw in January last year. Six of the last seven meetings between the two sides have seen the option of both teams netting and at least three goals.
