Moses Targets 25th Appearance For Chelsea Against Swansea

By Augustine Akhilomen

Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses will be seeking to earn his 25th appearance for Chelsea as they welcome Swansea at Stamford Bridge in Saturday’s Premier League early kickoff.

Having scored three goals in the Premier League this season, the former Wigan star, whose football career has changed under manager, Antonio Conte, will aim at putting Swansea to the slaughter slab.

Saturday’s fixture represents just the 33rd time in which these two teams are facing each other in a competitive fixture, with Chelsea recording a win on 14 occasions in comparison to seven victories for Swansea.

Thirteen of those matches have come since Swansea earned promotion to the Premier League in 2011 and while Chelsea have won almost half of those meetings, they have gone three contests without success.
