Super Eagles young striker, Kilechi Iheanacho is missing again as Manchester City defeated London side West Ham 4-0 to breathe life into theirEnglish Premier League (EPL) title challenge.
Kevin De Bruyne and David Silva gave Manchester City a 2-0 lead within four first half minutes before new recruit Gabriel Jesus, who was making his first league start, scored the third goal. Former Ivorian international Yaya Toure rounded off the scoring from the spot in the cond half.
Manchester United on the other hand could not break down a resolute Hull City side who had goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic to thank for their well-deserved point after making a string of good saves to thwart Jose Mourinho’s side.
The win for Manchester City takes them level on the same points (46 points) with 4th-placed Liverpool in 5th position while Manchester United also stay in their 6th spot with 42 points by virtue of the draw.
