Federation Cup: Nasarawa United Beat Enyimba To Set-Up FC Ifeanyi Ubah Final

Nasarawa United FC have qualified for the final of the Federation Cup following their 1-0 win over 10-man Enyimba at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The Paul Aigbogun-led team started as favourites but didn’t leave up to that tag as defender Seun Sogbeso scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot ‎on the half hour mark to give his side victory against the Peoples Elephant, who had John Uche sent off in dying stages of the second half.

Nasarawa United will now face Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) big spenders FC IfeanyiUbah in the final of the Federation Cup by virtue of the win against the former champions.
