What was expected to be a moment of reunion at Stamford Bridge with his former club, turns out to be a serious pummelling for Man United manager, Jose Mourinho as Chelsea routed the Red Devils 4-0 in Sunday’s Premier League match.
Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses had a brilliant game as his lightening pace and dribbles was a handful for the Manchester United defenders to deal with in what was his third straight start for the Blues.
Despite not writing his name on the scorers sheet, Moses was on the pitch from start to finish. Chelsea started the game like a house on fire as Rodriguez Pedro scored an early goal in the first minute before Gary Cahill extended the lead in the 21st minute.
Further goals from Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante in the second half took the game beyond the reach of Manchester United as Chelsea sealed a comfortable three points that pushed them 5th on the Premier League table.
