Super Eagles forward Odion Ighalo claims he is learning from Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic ahead of their first ever meeting on Sunday.
The 27-year-old Nigerian grabbed his first goal in the 2016/17 premier league season last weekend as he helped the Hornets to a comprehensive 4-2 away win against West Ham United.
However, it will be different this weekend as he prepares to face a club he once confessed are his dream team and has the presence of a player he admires.
“He is a great striker. He is someone I look up to. I’m learning a lot from him. He is strong, bold and confident and scores a lot of goals. It’s going to be difficult for our defence playing against him,” he told beIN Sports.
“Manchester United is a big team, they have a good squad and a fantastic team so it’s going to be a tough game but in football anything can happen… I think we have a chance of getting a point or winning the game.”
