Iwobi eager to start new season with Arsenal

Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi has resumed training with his London club, Arsenal and the 20-year old has declared that he is eagerly looking ahead to the upcoming season.
Iwobi who was initially pencilled down to feature for the Nigeria U-23 team at the Olympics has been denied that chance by the Gunners but the player seems to have gotten over that and he is now ready for the pre-season challenge.
“Back In Training & Looking Forward To The Season!” Iwobi tweeted after the maiden session with the Gunners on Tuesday.
Before their first competitive fixture of the season against Liverpool on August 13, Arsenal’s preseason calendar indicates that they will be up against Western Sydney Wanderers, MLS All Star Team, Guadalajara, Viking and Manchester City in friendly matches.
Having enjoyed a good run in the last set of matches in the EPL last season Iwobi will keen to show that his displays were no fluke
